After the two earthquakes in Nepal, some remote vilages remain which have received little help from the government or outside bodies. 5 such villages in the district of Dhading Besi are: Lapa, ReeGhan, Jharlang, Serdung, Timpling
The village elders have been in contact with Rakshé TAMANG from Lapa village, who took refuge in France during the political unrest in 2005. They have suggested the technical solution they believe will be most useful for them.
